To help avoid any issues that may arise with your rental and purchase experience, we have provided some frequently asked questions and answers. RoseCity encourages renters to make a reservation as early as possible to ensure availability of needed items for your event. We rent on first come, first serve basis. A 25% reservation fee is requested to secure your rental order.

Our Rental pricing is done on a daily basis and it depends on the number of days that items are used for the event. For convenience, we deliver the day before your event and pick up after the event or a day after the event. It is the renter’s responsibility to inspect all rental items upon receiving them. Any missing or damaged items will be charged against the renter’s final payment. Initial rental cost at time of reservation do not reflect lost, damaged or broken items. Where applicable, these costs will be included in the final invoice to the renter.

A 25% reservation fee and signed contracts to confirm all orders. An order is not considered confirmed or sold until reservation fee and a signed contract is received. Reservation fees become non-refundable within three(3) weeks (21 days) of the scheduled delivery date. Additional 25% is paid on delivery of items, and the final invoice that includes replacement charges where necessary is paid within 72 hours after items are picked up from event location.

Delivery & Pickup is available on all orders, regardless of size. Typically, items are dropped off the day of the event or a day before the event as agreed on by the client and RoseCity. Someone will need to be on site to accept and confirm quantities and conditions of items. Rental items should never be left out in Inclement weather.

Renter is responsible for setup and take down of equipment except tents and canopies. All equipment must be taken down and appropriately packedready for pickup.

All dishes and food service items must be rinsed and clear of food debris. Food left on flatware can damage the finish. To avoid cleaning charges and payment for damages, please scrape and rinse all dishware. All dishware should be returned free of any food particles. Return all glassware and ceramic plate in  the boxes provided with the padded items to prevent damages.

 All items must be returned in the containers provided and free of candies, wax and debris.

Linens must be dry and free of food debris and returned with the bag provided. Upon return, each item will be inspected for any burns, stains and any any other damage. Please inspect and count all items when received. You must call 054 208 4391/ 059 691 2622 to report any missing or damaged items prior to your event. Charges will be assessed for damaged and/or  missing items on return.  Returned all linens in bags provided.

Listed prices are rental only. All items come prepared and ready for your use, but it is your responsibility to arrange for setup. You can hire us to provide this extra service for you and we are happy to calculate a fee based on your needs.
